I am a graphic designer working towards becoming a creative director. I have a diverse range of skills and I don’t feel limited to any particular media. My work starts with an idea, which then inspires the media I use.
My ideas are often set in a social context; they can be quite personal and I usually try to view these issues from a different perspective. The idea is to make the audience question values that they may have taken for granted.
The materials I use in my work are often unconventional. I often find myself venturing into the unknown, not knowing what to expect. Then I rationalise the outcomes and go on to exploit them in my work. As a designer I am always thinking laterally and never afraid to question perceived opinions.
Innovation is key; trying to do something different whilst different still exists.
