I’m a passionate illustrator/printmaker with an interest of photography. A lot of my interest lies in process led explorations, of experimental approaches to a subject. I’ve never liked to follow the conformity of the crowd; I’m a big believer in being yourself and doing what you love. A great motivator for me is doing something unusual and breathing life into an unfamiliar idea or subject matter. I guess you could call my work expressionism through the form of surrealism. I adore the presence of aberration within my work; I enjoy inflicting feelings of unease upon the audience. I’d rather see disgust and unease, knowing that the work has imposed some sort of effect upon the viewer, than see no expression at all.
